As a natural ingredient, cinnamon varies in quality, depending on its origin, seasonal cycles, and the maturity of the cinnamon tree. This means that every next harvest of raw cinnamon may look and taste different from the one before.

 Our mélangeurs hand-select the raw materials for each batch of cinnamon or cinnamon blend that we deliver. Their knowledge of the product and its properties ensures the consistent taste your consumers expect when they buy your biscuits, cinnamon rolls or other products.
